Persistence One is one of the first Cosmos app chains and has been relentlessly building at the edge of the Proof-of-Stake landscape since 2019. It is a purpose-built Layer 1 on a mission to maximize yield and security through Liquid Staking and Restaking.
What’s the Persisters Squad Advocates Program About?
This circle is going to be everything about community, education, growth and beyond. As an ambassador, you’ll be at the forefront of creating awareness about Persistence One, Staking, Liquid Staking, and Restaking. You’ll create engaging and informative content, engage with our community, and represent Persistence One both online and offline. Keep reading to learn more about all possible tasks.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Passionate to learn about Staking, Liquid Staking, Restaking, & Cosmos.
- Are Crypto native and have some sort of experience in the space.
- Passionate about sharing knowledge, creating informative content (articles, videos, etc.), and educating others about DeFi and Liquid Staking.
- An existing online presence with a combined following of 100+ across platforms (Twitter, YouTube, Telegram Channel, Discord Server, Instagram, Subreddit).
- A firm believer in DeFi who actively promotes its benefits both online and offline (IRL events).
Reward Tiers:
- Persistence Advocate (100+ Followers) – Across all platforms cumulative.
- Persistence Voyager (500+ Followers) – Across all platforms cumulative.
- Persister (1,000+ Followers) – Across all platforms cumulative.

Eligible Tasks:
- Engage in conversations / active on socials
- Moderate Reddit/Telegram/Discord/Reddit communities.
- Create educational content – Twitter posts, Threads, Blogs, YouTube videos, Tutorials, memes, infographics, etc.
- Represent Persistence One in your circle, and start new regional communities.
- Manage Zealy or other similar campaigns.
- Represent Persistence One at hackathons or IRL events
- Onboard new users in the ecosystem. Have one-on-one calls with people. Every effort counts!
- Others, share anything extra you’d be interested in taking up and let’s figure something out!
Base Rewards (for all tiers):
- Community Membership: Enjoy exclusive core community privileges. We might ship POAPs or NFTs to approved members.
- Team Calls: Engage in one-to-one discussions with Persistence One team.
- XPRT Rewards: Persisters will earn between 75 to 300 $XPRT tokens each month (based on the tiers) + BONUS $XPRT rewards for going above and beyond. Stay tuned for a detailed structure of rewards.

1. What is educational content?
Create content related to Persistence One, pSTAKE Finance, and Dexter that primarily focuses on topics of Staking, Liquid Staking, and Restaking. Please ensure that your content is NOT Financial advice or shills the project or promotes low-quality projects. You may post your content across all eligible social media platforms, including Twitter, YouTube, Telegram, Reddit, TikTok, Instagram, and Discord.
2. How rewards are calculated?
Three primary factors that determine payouts are quality, effort, and impact. We calculate rewards on a case-by-case basis, and ambassadors who are more engaged across the ecosystem may receive higher payouts than those who are merely transactional.
Please note that in some cases, you may receive lower rewards than expected. The team reserves the right to withdraw partial or full rewards in cases of low-quality content, artificial engagement, or bot usage. During phase one of this program, you can make up to 300 $XPRT tokens every month.
3. How can I be eligible for bonus tasks?
Please refer to the reward plan (coming soon) to see the list of tasks that are eligible for rewards. You can engage in as many as you like. If a task you want to do is not listed, you can communicate with your program manager to have it approved.
4. How can I be eligible to moderate Persistence One community?
To become a moderator of the Persistence One community, you need to be an ambassador who has completed 3 months of credible work. Once you meet this criterion, we will schedule a call with you before adding you as a moderator. If you are interested in taking up this task, please let us know in advance.
5. How do I onboard new users?
Have one-on-one calls with people in your circle. Record these moments and conversations, we will take note of every such activity and add a place to share them in the weekly reward claim form. As usual, rewards will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
