Persistence December 2024 Update

From new incentives for Persistence DEX, multiple new user guides, partnering with BEVM, etc. December 2024, was a productive month for Persistence One.

The year 2024 was a transformative year for Persistence One, as we shifted our focus to building the ultimate interoperability platform on the largest blockchain project in history – Bitcoin. After starting the year in the Cosmos ecosystem, Persistence One made a monumental move to shift toward the BTCfi world – and we couldn’t have been happier about that decision!

Our goal at Persistence One is to help the BTCfi world edge toward its full potential by helping reduce the nature of the siloed liquidity arising from multiple BTC variants from newly emerging Bitcoin-based L2s.

We’re building the number-one venue for allowing holders of BTC variants (such as cbBTC, wBTC, and all L2 variants) to swap assets easily on one platform.

The testnet for the BTCfi Interoperability product is ongoing, and we’re ramping up our focus on Persistence DEX. That said, here’s everything you might have missed in the busy month of December 2024.

About Persistence One

Persistence One is building the BTCFi Liquidity Hub, enabling fast, near zero-slippage swaps for XPRT, BTC-variants, and BTCfi tokens on Persistence DEX.

BTCFi’s rapid growth has created multiple BTC-related assets, making fragmentation a big challenge. Persistence One will provide a single liquidity hub, simplifying value transfer across the Bitcoin ecosystem.
