From rebranding the Persistence One website to announcing the next steps for our BTCfi interoperability platform, find out everything that happened throughout the Persistence One ecosystem in July 2024.

July was truly a transformative month for the Persistence One ecosystem.

From announcing our next steps to kickstarting the development of our BTCfi Interoperability ecosystem powered by intents to updating our website for a fresh new look, we took some major steps toward our cross-chain swaps product for BTC variants.

The Persistence One ecosystem sats remained steady through July 2024. The latest stats show a 70.4% staking ratio, helping the Persistence Core-1 chain remain one of the strongest PoS chains with its high bonding ratio. In addition, inflation stands at 11.31% in the month with over 114,530 users on the chain;

Here are the latest Persistence One ecosystem and XPRT governance highlights.

About Persistence One

Persistence One is building a Bitcoin interoperability solution to enable cross-chain BTC swaps across Bitcoin Layer 2s.

The rapid rollout of Bitcoin L2s and side chains has led to fragmentation, hurting BTCfi scalability. Using the power of intents, Persistence One will enable users to move assets across Bitcoin Layer 2s more efficiently than traditional bridging, offering fast, secure, zero-slippage cross-chain swaps.
